DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

This tour is operated by Hermes Tours. A deposit of $500 USD per tour and person is required for us to reserve a space for you. Final payment for the tour is due 80 days prior to departure. If we do not receive final payment by this date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 80 days before departure date.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person - Hermes Tours

All notifications of cancellations much be received in writing. We will assess the following penalties on the day that your cancellation is received: All cancellations will be assessed a $500.00 USD administration fee. Final payment for the tour is due 80 days prior to departure. If we do not receive final payment by this date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. 1) Cancellations received more than 80 days prior to departure will be assessed a $500.00 USD administration fee. 2) Cancellations received within 40-79 days prior to departure will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price. 3) Cancellations received from departure date to 39 days prior to departure will be assessed a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price. 4) No refunds will be given for any activity on the tour that you chose not to participate.

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a $50 USD fee per passenger on any cancellation made.
