Studenten actief voorbereiden met FeedbackFruits Tijdens deze CTL Short leer je hoe je studenten actief voorbereidt op je onderwijsbijeenkomst met FeedbackFruits en verdiepend leren stimuleert.
Komen jouw studenten onvoorbereid naar je lessen? Met FeedbackFruits Interactive Document & Video kun jij je studenten stimuleren om literatuur te lezen en kennisclips te kijken. Studenten bespreken het lesmateriaal al vóór de bijeenkomst en helpen elkaar het op een dieper niveau te begrijpen. De eerste 100 dagen in je opleiding De eerste 100 dagen doen ertoe. Ontdek hoe je je studenten vanaf de start ondersteunt door verbinding, vertrouwen en verwachtingen.
Hoe krijg je studenten aan boord aan het begin van de opleiding? Wat zijn de uitdagingen voor docenten in deze eerste 100 dagen? De eerste 100 dagen van de opleiding zijn bepalend voor het verdere studentsucces en –welzijn. Sleutelwoorden zijn daarbij verbinding, veiligheid en verwachtingen (3 V’s). In deze CTL Short ontdek je hoe je deze 3 V’s in de eerste 100 dagen van je opleiding kunt versterken.
Studenten beter begeleiden? Krijg praktische tips in 1,5 uur In deze workshop leer je hoe coachend begeleiden helpt om je studenten beter te bereiken en effectiever te werken. Maak je eigen verantwoorde AI-bot met Cogniti In deze workshop leer je hoe je zelf een AI-bot voor je studenten kunt maken met Cogniti.
AI-bots bieden je als docent uiteenlopende mogelijkheden: van tutorbots voor studenten tot simulaties en rollenspellen in je onderwijs. In deze sessie leer je hoe je met Cogniti zelf een bot maakt en deze inzet in je Canvascursus. Je kunt bots aanbieden aan studenten, of studenten zelf bots laten bouwen om zo al doende AI te leren begrijpen.

Liu onderscheidt het borgen van het vaststellen van individuele kennis en vaardigheid enerzijds en het coachen van studenten om AI verantwoord en productief te gebruiken anderzijds.

Als docent wil je natuurlijk zoveel mogelijk van je cursus in VU Canvas hebben. Maar al die boeken en artikelen uploaden is een gedoe, en als je niet goed oplet, overtreed je ook nog de auteurswet. De oplossing is eenvoudig: VU Reading Lists. Deze digitale leeslijsten bieden je een veelzijdige en flexibele manier om boeken, artikelen en andere materialen met je studenten te delen in Canvas. In deze workshop laten we je zien hoe je dit aanpakt.

The rise of generative AI in education raises important questions about assessment and academic integrity. The so-called Two-lane approach developed by Professor Danny Liu (University of Sydney) offers a way to address these dilemmas. Liu distinguishes between, on the one hand, safeguarding the assessment of individual knowledge and skills, and on the other, coaching students to use AI responsibly and productively.
