Dear VU Amsterdam Summer School participant,
 

Congratulations on being admitted to the course(s) of your choice. You are one step closer to your trip in Amsterdam!

By completing this application form, you are able to apply for accommodation for the duration of your summer course.

The deadline for applications is May 15 (23:59 CET). The form may close earlier if we reach maximum capacity. 

Room allocation is not guaranteed and we work with a first pay, first serve system. Therefore, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. 


For all information about the accommodation options, find our available overview. 


100% refunds will be issued only if: 
- You cancel before 15 May, or;
- Your course is cancelled.
- Accommodation can be cancelled after 15 May up to 1 June 2026 for a 50% reimbursement.

Disclaimers:
1) The prices include the mandatory 12,5% tourist tax
2) The accommodation provider Hotel Jansen requires the guest to provide a deposit fee before checking in. This fee is reimbursed directly after check out
3) All short-stay options are for 1 single individual. If family or friends are visiting they need to arrange separate accommodation
4) The option "Invoice payment" will only be accepted in exceptional conditions, after approval of the VU Amsterdam Summer School team. Applications without approval will not be considered. For approval you need to email us, before April 1, at amsterdamsummerschool@vu.nl

Het veld student_id wordt gevuld middels een lookup, met het Formdesk volgnummer _fd_seqno_. Het Formdesk volgnummer wordt gebruikt in de studentenadministratie als Student ID nummer.
Indien het volgnummer _fd_seqno_ gelijk is aan 0 (dat zou voor een error zorgen), dan wordt het additionele veld student_id_2 gevuld met het gegeven in dit veld.

It is your own responsibility to select the correct session.
If you require accommodation for both sessions, please select both. In 2026, there is no accommodation available for Session 2b participants.
