Introductiebijeenkomst voor het aankomende bestuur: welzijn en sociale veiligheid
Op 10 juni komen de aankomende bestuurders van de studieverenigingen binnen de Universiteit Leiden samen voor de centrale introductiebijeenkomst over welzijn en sociale veiligheid. Deze middag bestaat uit meerdere interactieve sessies en biedt concrete handvatten om je toekomstige rol als bestuurder met vertrouwen te vervullen: van weten wat er wel en niet van je verwacht wordt, tot zicht op ondersteuning voor jou als bestuur en voor leden, en weten hoe te handelen om bij te dragen aan welzijn en sociale veiligheid binnen de vereniging.
Introductionary event for the upcoming board: well-being and social safety
On June 10, the future board members of the study associations at Leiden University will gather for a central introduction event on well-being and social safety. This afternoon consists of several interactive sessions and offers concrete tools to help you confidently fulfill your future role as a board member: from knowing what is and isn’t expected of you, to understanding the support available to you as a board and to members, and knowing how to act to contribute to well-being and social safety within the association.
