Who?
This form is intended for all student-users of the Leiden University Mentor Network that want to either keep their account online or upgrade the status of their account to alumni member free of charge.
If you wish that your account will be deleted, you do not have to fill out this form.
When?
Since we cannot directly convert your profile, we have an agreement with our service provider to update these profiles on a monthly basis. We will notify you once the process has been completed.
Please note that you still have to register as a mentor seperately from the change of your role. Only alumni members can use the mentoring feature as a mentor, however (young) alumni members are also permitted to use the platform as a mentee. Student members are exclusively able to use the platform as a mentee.
What if my profile was deleted (and I would still like to use the Mentor Network in any capacity?)
No worries - former users of the Mentor Network can re-register using the same credentials. Please reach out to mentornetwerk@leidenuniv.nl if you have any trouble setting this up.
