Introductiebijeenkomst voor het aankomende bestuur: welzijn en sociale veiligheid

Op 2 september komen de aankomende bestuurders van verenigingen verbonden aan de Universiteit Leiden samen voor de centrale introductiebijeenkomst over welzijn en sociale veiligheid. Deze middag bestaat uit een interactieve sessie en biedt concrete handvatten om je toekomstige rol als bestuurder met vertrouwen te vervullen: van weten wat er wel en niet van je verwacht wordt, tot zicht op ondersteuning voor jou als bestuur en voor leden, en weten hoe te handelen om bij te dragen aan welzijn en sociale veiligheid binnen de vereniging.

Ben je op 10 juni bij de introductiedag voor studieverenigingen of 18 juni bij de LOW-dag van de PKvV geweest? Dan heb je de workshop die hier wordt gegeven al gevolgd.

Introductionary event for the upcoming board: well-being and social safety

On September 2nd, the future board members of associations connected to Leiden University will gather for a central introduction event on well-being and social safety. This afternoon features an interactive workshop and offers concrete tools to help you confidently fulfill your future role as a board member: from knowing what is and isn’t expected of you, to understanding the support available to you as a board and to members, and knowing how to act to contribute to well-being and social safety within the association.

Did you attend the study associations’ orientation day on June 10 or the PKvV’s LOW Day on June 18? If so, you’ve already taken the workshop offered here.
