Become a buddy! |
Please complete this form before before 28th January 2021 to be paired with a group of incoming
international Master students and to participate in the fantastic events and activities throughout the coming
semester. The blanks with a red asterisk are compulsory, the ones without are optional but will help us
match you with a group of people with the same interests as you. You will meet your group at the Welcome
Event which will take place on Thursday 11th February in the evening (save the date!). More information
about being a buddy for the Buddy Programme will be shared during the information sessions Monday 8th
and Wednesday 10th of February at 17:00. |

INFORMATION USE STATEMENT: All information provided will be kept confidential. The information is
collected to ensure effective communication and organisation throughout the programme. We encourage
diversity; no information will be used to discriminate. Information about nationality, gender, and study
programme is used to make sure groups are as diverse as possible. Information about the city of residence
is used to match you as far as possible with a Buddy in the same city as you. Information about hobbies is
used to group students based on common interests as much as possible. Your name, contact details, and
expected date of arrival will be given to your Buddy so they can make sure they are available to contact/
meet you as soon as you need them. Your email address will also be used by the Buddy Programme to
notify you of the events and programme-specific information. By sharing your reasons for joining the Buddy
Programme you help us ensure the programme provides you with what you are looking for in the best way
possible.
All the information you provide in this form will be used for the Buddy Programme only. By submitting this
form you agree to allow the Buddy Programme to use the information provided in the form for the purposes
