LUC Class of 2026 | Diploma arrangements

Dear students, you are about to graduate! Congratulations!

While we hope that many of you can be present during the Graduation Ceremony on the 3rd of July and receive your diploma documents there,
we also realize it might not be possible for all graduating students to attend that event.
In this survey, you may indicate how you would like to receive your diploma documents and your graduation box.

Therefore, if you plan on attending the graduation ceremony on Friday, July 3rd, 2026, you do not need to fill out this form.
Please complete the survey before Monday, June 15th, 2026, if you will not attend the graduation.

There are several options for receiving your diploma:

1) Pick up your diploma in person from the LUC Info Desk
In case you choose this option, you will need to book a time-slot (Monday - Friday, between 10:00-16:00)
for pick up at a later time by sending an e-mail to info@luc.leidenuniv.nl

2) Have your diploma sent to you by registered university mail
In case you choose this option, you will have to provide us with your full address.
We are not responsible for any mistakes in the address, or any damages or loss due to the delivery of your diploma.

3) Keep the diploma at LUC for later pickup
Your diploma will be kept in a safe place until you are able to pick it up yourself later this year.
In the mean time, you can request a digital copy from DUO.

Your original diploma is only issued once, we are not allowed to issue replacements.
LUC is not responsible for the loss of diploma's once they leave our building.

LUC will keep your diploma for pick up later this year. In the mean time, you can request an extract from DUO with your DigID.
