- This form will serve as the start of your graduation procedure. The board of examiners will use the answers to this form to check your thesis supervisor and assign a second reader. The board of examiners or the coordinators of studies may contact you in case of additional questions regarding your thesis or programme.
- The deadline for submitting the form is 1 July for students planning on finishing their thesis in the first semester and 1 February for students planning on finishing their thesis in the second semester. Forms that are submitted after the deadline cannot be processed automatically. If, for whatever reason, you submit your proposal after the deadline, please send an e-mail to examenciealas@hum.leidenuniv.nl to explain why you missed the deadline.
- If you haven’t submitted your thesis by the end of the semester, you need to fill out this thesis form again the next semester.
