If you would like to start the procedure for an mvv (visa) and/or (extending the) residence permit for a (new) non-EU/EEA international, please fill in this form and submit the required documents.

You can fill in this form if you wish to:
- hire a new staff member with a non-EU/EEA nationality;
- extend the residence permit of a current non-EU/EEA staff member / PhD-student / guest researcher;
- invite a PhD-student or guest researcher with a non-EU/EEA nationality.

Important remark regarding PhD's and guest researchers: if they do not have a scholarship or a foreign salary, it is not possible to apply for their residence permit.
In case of an extension of a PhD without salary or scholarship, we can only apply for an extension of maximum 4 months.

Please keep in mind that the immigration procedure for first applications takes around 3 months.
