Please submit your application in German or English with the complete data and documents by 28 February 2026 at the latest. An international committee will review the submitted applications and provide feedback by 31 March 2026 as to whether the submission will be accepted or also published in the congress proceedings.
Please also note the separate conditions for the poster exhibition, which specify, among other things, the format of the posters, etc. A poster contribution can only be accepted if at least one person related to the contribution is also registered for attendance on both congress days, subject to a fee. Please note that the organiser cannot cover the participation fee and any travel and accommodation costs incurred.

Bitte reichen Sie Ihre Bewerbung in deutscher oder englischer Sprache mit den vollständigen Daten und Unterlagen bis spätestens zum 28.02.2026 ein. Ein internationales Gremium wird die eingereichten Bewerbungen prüfen und bis zum 31.03.2026 Rückmeldung geben, ob die Einreichung angenommen bzw. auch im Kongress-Tagungsband veröffentlicht wird.
Bitte beachten Sie zudem die gesonderten Bedingungen für die Poster-Ausstellung, die u.a. Format der Poster usw. angeben.
Die Annahme eines Poster-Beitrages kann nur erfolgen, wenn auch mindestens eine Person mit Bezug zum Beitrag zur Teilnahme an beiden Kongresstagen kostenpflichtig angemeldet wird.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Veranstalter die Teilnahmegebühr und ggf. anfallende Reise- und Übernachtungskosten nicht übernehmen kann.
