Please submit your application in German or English with the complete data and documents by 31 January 2026 at the latest. An international committee will review the submitted applications and provide feedback by 28 February 2026 as to whether you will be considered as a speaker or whether a recommendation will be made for a poster contribution.
Speakers should be present at the conference. Online connection is not provided for technical reasons. Speakers must also register for the congress in attendance for a fee, at least for the day on which their own lecture is held. The other day of the congress can be booked on an optional basis. Dinner and excursion can also be booked for a fee. Furthermore, the organiser will not pay for travel or accommodation.
Should your presentation not be included in the congress programme, you can apply with your topic for a poster contribution. Please refer to our instructions for submitting proposals for the poster exhibition.

Bitte reichen Sie Ihre Bewerbung in deutscher oder englischer Sprache mit den vollständigen Daten und Unterlagen bis spätestens zum 31.01.2026 ein. Ein internationales Gremium wird die eingereichten Bewerbungen prüfen und bis zum 28.02.2026 Rückmeldung geben, ob Sie als Referent*in vorgesehen werden bzw. eine Empfehlung für einen Posterbeitrag ausgesprochen wird.
Die Referierenden sollen in der Präsenz-Veranstaltung vor Ort sein. Eine Zuschaltung Online ist technisch nicht vorgesehen. Auch Referierende müssen sich kostenpflichtig mindestens für den Tag an dem der eigene Vortrag gehalten wird für den Kongress in Präsenz anmelden. Der andere Kongresstag kann freiwillig gebucht werden. Abendessen und Exkursion können ebenfalls kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Von Seiten des Veranstalters werden außerdem keine Reise- oder Übernachtungskosten übernommen.
Sollte Ihr Fachvortrag nicht in das Kongress-Programm aufgenommen werden, können Sie sich mit Ihrem Thema für einen Poster-Beitrag bewerben. Bitte beachten Sie dazu unsere Hinweise zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen für die Poster-Ausstellung.
