Council meeting: Friday September 26 and Saturday September 27 at the Aloft Hotel, Aerocity including lunch and coffee breaks
Convention Dinner: Saturday September 27
Cultural Visit: Sunday September 28
School visits, Delhi Market for Indian handicrafts and Durga Puja Festival at Salwan School: Monday September 29
All transfers to and from venues

Spaces for the Full day tour are only guaranteed if confirmation and payment is received by May 31st. After that, it is subject to space availability. Reservations on the train are personal and non-transferable and require photo ID. No reservations can be made without the passport photo.

AccomMODATION

Accommodation should be booked and paid directly with the hotel, using the link which will be sent to you once you have submitted your registration. Council rates at Aloft are guaranteed until May 31st.

Holiday Inn, Ibis, Novotel, Lemon Tree and any other hotels in the Aerocity area.
All hotels in the Aerocity area are in a safe, walkable area and within walking distance of the Council venue.

Payment details are on the invoice. Your registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

As you have selected to pay by credit card, please note that you will also receive an email from noreply@paygate.co.za.

The payment will be stated in South African Rand, but the USD amount will remain the same. Kindly note that the Rand value will change based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.
