After completion, you will receive an email through our digital signing service 'SignRequest' with the sales mandate which will incorporate all the data as provided by yourself. You are requested to sign the document according to the instructions. We will also send you an overview of the documents that are necessary to complete our files. After we have received these documents and the signed sales contract, we will proces the sales mandate further.

For the inclusion of your property in our portfolio no fee will be charged.
Your property will also be actively presented to the network of agencies  that are member of the FIAIP throughout Italy.
For the inclusion of your property in our portfolio a fee of € 250, - will be charged (excluding VAT)
which is deducted from the commission if the property is sold by ItaliaCasa.

An exclusive sales mandate gives ItaliaCasa the sole right to sell the property; a non-exclusive sales mandate gives the sales mandate to multiple agencies
Your details will only be used to execute the sales mandate. This includes a.o. the preparation of an agreement, registering your data for compliance with anti-money laundering legislation and the drafting of sales contracts.
