This is a free event, why do I need to fill in a billing address?!

This event is offered at no cost to I & I PhD candidates. However, "free of charge" does not mean "free of commitment." Once you register, we count on your attendance. Each late cancellation or no-show takes a spot from someone else who would have liked to participate. Therefore, the following policy applies:

  • You may cancel you registration without penalty up to one day before the event.
  • If you cancel too late or don't show up at all, a no-show fee of € 100,= will be charged.
