DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

This tour is operated by Oscar Wilde Tours. A deposit must accompany this reservation in order to confirm your tour. Full payment is due on date stated in tours reservation terms. Payment card processing fees may apply.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person - Oscar Wilde Tours

Unless otherwise specified, a deposit of $1000 is required at time of booking, and payment in full is required 90 days before travel. Late payments are subject to a $50 fee per person. Late payments may cause cancellation of your booking, and charges will apply. If you must cancel a reservation, we will refund your payments except for a cancellation fee, which is based on how many days before the departure date you cancel.
More than 120 days - $100
90 - 120 days - 50% of deposit is non-refundable
30 - 90 days - 50% of total price is non-refundable
30 days - departure - 100% of total price is non-refundable

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a 50 EUR fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

Subsequent to initial reservation, any revision will incur a 50 EUR change fee per person for each revision, for each country if made 90 days prior, plus any charges imposed by outside suppliers including but not limited to air carriers. You MUST notify Happy Gay Travel in writing. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
