Right after you have applied to Hanze University of Applied Sciences you have received an email with a username and a one-time password at your private email address you have registered during the application (at Studielink). Check your mailbox and spam folder.

Your account is probably locked. After 5 incorrect login attempts your account will be locked for 15 minutes. Check if you changed your password on all your devices.
For example the stored password in your e-mail app.
Check list:
Stored wifi password of eduroam: select forget eduroam network at your devices.
Stored password at mail & calendar apps:
Stored passwords at password safes (for example Keychain on a Mac).
Stored password at the print driver (on non managed computer). Deinstall the Hanze Printer.
