Rental stand space
Attention! If you choose to build your own stand, the standard stand construction, lettering on the frieze strip and standard lighting, will not be available.
End- and Corner stands are only available for members of Royal FloraHolland.

Type of build stand *

Standard build stand: These include the standwalls, lettering on the fascia, lightning (one duospot per 4 m2) and one powersocket.

Self-build stand: You rent the "bare" standspace including one powersocket.

You may register for a stand of 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 m2.

When does this rate apply:

We only offer the possibility to use the Collective rate for organisations, such as sales organisations or brand organisations that want to set up a joint stand space for a group of growers
at the Trade Fair Aalsmeer or at the Trade Fair Rijswijk. This is a more advantageous rate than the standard rate for individual growers.

• This stand space may only be used to promote the growers and not for other services, for example from third parties or from the sales organisation itself.

• There is one (1) point of contact for the stand and for the financial settlement per stand.

• There is one (1) stand number with the name of the organisation per stand. It is possible to place the participating growers on the list of participants under the same stand number.

• If a participant in the stand is not a member but a supplier of Royal FloraHolland, the account management of Royal FloraHolland must be consulted to determine the conditions under
which this grower can participate in the trade fair. If permitted, the Collective rate +40% is paid for the m2 of this supplier. If a grower is neither a member nor a supplier, participation is not permitted.

• Standard stand construction is included from 24 m2. Own design via external stand builder is also possible.

• There is a special rate for stands from 60 m2 without standard stand construction. (You only rent bare m2 and electricity, 1 kWh. Electricity
capacity per grower with a maximum of 1 kWh per 8 m2 of stand surface).

• When registering, you must indicate for which growers (with admin. number) the stand is requested.

• The rate does not apply to traders who sell products from growers on their own account and risk. The rate for traders/exporters applies to them.

• If it appears that the Collective rate has been charged incorrectly on the basis of facts and/or circumstances observed at the Trade Fair Aalsmeer/Rijswijk and/or other circumstances,
Royal FloraHolland reserves the right to charge a corrected rate and administration costs.
