Lunch vouchers

Exhibitors are entitled to packed lunches during the exhibition days. You no longer need to indicate this on the order form.

Order form

The items listed below are purchased from Thijs Standbouw B.V.

  • Orders will be accepted until 19 February 2026.
  • We will apply a 20% surcharge to orders placed from 20 February 2026 onwards.
  • We will apply a 40% surcharge to orders placed from 27 February 2026 onwards.
  • Orders placed after 27 February can only be delivered after consultation and if in stock.
  • All invoices for rental items must be paid by 3 March at the latest.
  • The deadline for submitting print files is 27 February.

 Order form 

The following items will be purchased from R.A.M. Power & Light B.V.

  • Trusswork with lighting is installed in the aluminium halls to serve as basic lighting.
  • Each individual stand is equipped with one 1 kW wall socket.
  • Do you require more power than the standard 1 kW? If so, you can order additional power connections from R.A.M. Power & Light.
  • For stands belonging to grower collectives, 1 KW of power per supply is included in the price, with a maximum of 1 KW per 8m2 of stand space.
  • You can also request additional lighting from R.A.M. Power & Light in the form of duo spots on the back wall.
  • You will receive an invoice from them for these additional power connections and additional lighting. (This only applies to the connections and lighting.)
  • In addition to these connections, you will also pay for the additional power requested.
  • After the trade fair, Royal FloraHolland will charge €55 per additional KW requested for the extra power. This will be settled via the auction collection.
  • Due to the location, it is not possible to use your own trussing with lighting for this edition.

Please enter the supply number here, which can also be used to deduct the stand rental fee. If you have multiple supply numbers, please mention the other numbers in the comments. We will then include them in the assessment of the application. If you do not yet have an administration number, please enter 99999 (5 x 9). Upon participation, you will be assigned an administration number for the fair.

Delivery specifications

  • Dimensions for a 6m² stand are 2000x1000; 8m² is 3000x1000; 18m² is 3000x1000; 24m² is 5000x1000
  • A margin of 70 mm.
  • 10 mm bleed.
  • A file without crop marks.
  • A PDF file without transparency.
  • An Acrobat 4 (PDF 1.3) file.
  • A maximum file size of 500 MB.
  • Quality: short distance at actual size 70–120 dpi, long distance at actual size 30–70 dpi.
  • CMYK

Important information about our working method

  • We only check supplied files for usability and quality; you are responsible for the correctness of the layout and content.
  • In addition to PDF, we also accept JPEG, TIFF, AI or EPS files.
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. documents are not suitable for production. We can convert or modify files for you for a fee. In that case, we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
  • Always deliver clean files. Make sure that there are no hidden layers and/or elements outside the print format in the file.

Furniture will be delivered based on availability.

When ordering furniture from Thijs Standbouw prior to the exhibition:
