Sample form New Employee Registration with Workflow
A form that can be used to register a new employee with several departments. After approval of the manager the form is supplemented by the departments. Finally the new employee will be informed.
Although it is possible to create a very elaborate workflow, we have limited the workflow for this sample form to singular approval according to the following schematic diagram.
After the form has been submitted, messages A and B will be sent. The manager can access the form for approval through message B. The manager has the following options :

message C will be sent and the requester (HRM) can edit their application after which the workflow will restart.
the requester (HRM) receives message D. The departments Administration, IT, and Technical Services receive messages E, F and G.
The workflow will continue and each department completes the form. When the form is completed then a message will be sent to the requester (HRM); message H. The new employee will receive a message as well; message I.
The workflow is now finished.
Although the messages normally are sent to different parties, for this sample form the messages will be sent to yourself. Therefore please fill in your email address before starting the form.
For easy identification we have included the letter of the scheme and the recipient within the subject of the message.
Furthermore within the messages a blue frame is included with detailed information and instructions regarding the message.
