Family Circus 5+ year olds First Timer Friendly! A mix of acro, juggling, and aerials this class is a great one for family bonding
Family Circus Attendees (name, age & relation) Please also provide emails of the adults if different from the contact email already supplied. $20 for 1 child & 1 adult, additional family $10 each (2 adults max per child)
I consent to photos being taken of myself/my child. I understand that these photos may be used for the promotion of Circotica Circus School Inc, including but not limited to being shared on social media.
Upon submitting this form, I understand that I/my child is enrolled unless informed otherwise and that any changes to classes must be made within 3 days of submission of this form, otherwise I am liable for the full cost of the class/es. I understand and accept that Circotica has a no refund policy for missed classes.
