During the graduation ceremonies graduated students will wear Caps & Gowns. You have to order your Cap & Gown using the following form. For the graduation of November 28th 2025, we have set Sunday the 8th of November 2026 as the deadline to order your graduation set, to make sure you will receive your order in time. You will receive a black Cap&Gown and a Tassel including your graduating year in the appropriate color (depending on whether you are a Bachelor or Master graduate). The people who already have a Cap&Gown from their Bachelors can order a single tassel as well.
We also offer you the option of renting the gown. The cap and tassel you have to buy due to hygienic reasons. You have to pay a deposit for the gown of €10,-. You pay this directly with your order and when you hand back your gown after the ceremony, you get it back. If you already have a cap from your Bachelors, you can rent a gown and buy a tassel.
The total costs for a cap, gown and tassel incl. shipping are:
- Pick up at the MECC in Maastricht on your graduation day: € 23,00
- Shipping within the Netherlands: € 29,50
- Shipping to Germany, Belgium or Luxembourg: € 32,50
- Shipping to the other countries within the EU: € 47,50
The total costs for a cap and tassel incl. shipping are:
- Pick up at the MECC in Maastricht on your graduation day: € 12,50
- Shipping within the Netherlands: € 19,00
- Shipping to Germany, Belgium or Luxembourg: € 22,00
- Shipping to the other countries within the EU: € 37,00
The total costs for a single tassel with yeartag incl. shipping are:
- Pick up at the MECC in Maastricht on your graduation day: € 5,00
- Shipping within the Netherlands: € 7,25
- Shipping to Germany, Belgium or Luxembourg: € 9,25
- Shipping to the other countries within the EU: € 12,25
The total costs for renting a gown and buying the (cap and) tassel is (only pick up possible):
- Pick up at the MECC in Maastricht on your graduation day - gown, cap and tassel: € 15 + € 10 deposit
- Pick up at the MECC in Maastricht on your graduation day - gown and tassel: € 10 + € 10 deposit

SHIPPING

There are three possibilities for you to receive you order:
- We send your order to your home address - PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS WILL BE SEND OUT TOGETHER AFTER THE FORM HAS CLOSED
- You (or a relative/friend) will pick up your order at the MECC on your graduation day before your graduation.
- If you (or a friend /relative) cannot make it to the pick-up moment and you do not want or cannot have it send to your home adress? Let de package be send to a home address of a friend/co-student/relative in The Netherlands.
