Registration form of Unexpected Journey 2026
 
As a new BUas student in academic year 2026-2027 you can take part in the introduction programme Unexpected Journey offered by Breda University of Applied Sciences.
The programme consist of:
-    The campus & city day in Breda on Monday 24 August;
-    The programme at Camping Tulderheyde from Tuesday 25 August through Friday 28 August

It is possible to register for both programmes. We recommend taking part in the full introduction programme.
Participation in the campus & city day and the programme at Camping Tulderheyde costs €180.00. Participation in the campus & city day only costs €15.00.

Information in the case of an emergency
 
Introduction T-shirt
All participants in the programme of Unexpected Journey will receive their own introduction T-shirt. This should be worn throughout the programme.
 
Buying an airbed and/or sleeping bag
During the Unexpected Journey programme at Camping Tulderheyde, you will sleep together in a shared tent, for which you must bring your own air mattress and sleeping bag.
It is possible to order an airbed and/or sleeping bag. You can pick it/them up at the organisers' office upon arrival at Camping Tulderheyde on Tuesday 25 August.
You will receive a separate payment request prior to Unexpected Journey. Only when the amount is paid will an airbed and/or sleeping bag be reserved for you.
 
Lockers
During the Unexpected Journey programme at Camping Tulderheyde, you will sleep together with other participants in a shared tent that cannot be locked.
It is possible to hire a locker to store your valuables. Hiring a locker costs €5.00 (excluding deposit).
You will receive a separate payment request prior to Unexpected Journey. A locker will only be reserved for you once it has been paid.
 
Transport
On Tuesday 25 August, you are expected to arrive at Camping Tulderheyde in the morning/early afternoon. There are several ways to travel to the campsite:

Kiss & Ride
Have someone drop you off at the Kiss & Ride zone at the campsite.

Shuttle bus
Use the shuttle bus from the BUas campus. The shuttle bus will take you from the BUas campus to Camping Tulderheyde on Tuesday morning.
On Friday afternoon, you will be taken back to the campus. Tickets for the shuttle bus cost €25.00 and can be purchased via more.buas.nl.

Bicycle
Come to the campsite independently or in a group by bicycle. A beautiful cycling route from the BUas campus to the campsite has been mapped out for you.
 
Favourite song
Please share your favourite song with us so that it can be added to the Unexpected Journey playlist.
The songs in this playlist may be played by our DJ team during the introduction programme.
