Collection is only possible on working days during our opening hours.

Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
 
If you or your dealer have a fused power cord (15 amp/24 volts plus and minus) attach under the bed,
 we also connect the refrigerator.

If you have selected shipping:
We will send you an e-mail as soon as the order is ready and will be sent.
From that moment on, someone must be present at the delivery address for the next 5 working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

It is not possible to specify a more precise delivery date.
  

If you chose Build by us in Emmeloord / Netherlands or Collect in Emmeloord, Netherlands,
we Send a E-mail when the order is ready.
 

Pay attention !!!! If you have opted for installation on a Saturday with us in Emmeloord,
and you choose at a later stage to install it with us in Emmeloord on a working day
We cannot refund the amount paid for installation on Saturday.
