		Prime Rib – Slow roasted choice prime rib with roasted garlic and au jus. Served with baked potato and fresh seasonal vegetables.
		Broiled Shrimp and Sea Scallops – Tossed with fettuccine and fresh herb cream sauce; garnished with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Served with seasonal fresh vegetables.
		Herb Polenta – Pan seared and garnished with Pesto. Served over risotto with fresh seasonal vegetables. (Vegetarian Option)
