Customer Terms & Conditions Formdesk is a product of a Dutch company called Innovero Software Solutions b.v., which will be referred to as Innovero. These terms and conditions of use apply to your access to, and usage of this site so please read them carefully. 1. Innovero will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of Formdesk. Innovero accepts no responsibility, without limitation, for any unavailability of Formdesk no matter what it is caused by unless explicitly agreed otherwise as in the Serve Level Agreement for business subscriptions. 2. Innovero has no interference with the information you publish or collect using Formdesk and will never be responsible for any consequences. Neither will Innovero be responsible for any confidential information leaking out. Submitted data of fraudulent forms may be used by Innovero to warn possible victims and to report the fraud to authorized organisations. 3. Innovero will take care of a regular backup of all the files on the Formdesk servers, but will accept no responsibility for any loss of data. 4. Innovero will accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the infection of a virus. 5. The designer of the form will take full responsibility for its content. 6. Innovero reserves the right to remove forms without notice in the following cases: a. we consider a usage to be fraudulent or illegal; b. the trial period for the trial subscription has been expired. c. the email address as registered at the Personal Data section does not exist or does not belong to the registrant. 7. Innovero reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. 8. Innovero reserves the right to change the limits or fees for submissions or renewals anytime without notice. 9. For subscriptions other than business subscriptions Innovero informs the visitor of your form that the form is created using Formdesk unless explicitly agreed otherwise. 10. Innovero will, without limitations, accept no responsibility for any damage, no matter what it is caused by. 11. It is not allowed to copy or use any source code (HMTL and scripts) or parts of the source code generated by Formdesk. For subscriptions other than business subscriptions it is not allowed to self-host Formdesk forms if no explicitly agreed otherwise. 12.
